If I were to offer catering, this would be a brainstormed idea of how I'd offer this service. I'm undecided, as of writing this down, as I don't really want the headache.
1. 50 pizza minimum.
2. Deposit is required to set a date on my calendar.
3. Payment (cash) in full on day of event, as I pull up. I will not fire up oven (oven takes about 3 hours to get to operating temperature) until paid in full. If you are paying with a check, you must pay the full amount within 10 days of your event. I will not set up without the check clearing. Those are the only 2 options for payment. NO EXEPTIONS!!! Should you try to pay with a credit/debit card or any other payment (cashapp, etc.) and I accept, there will be a 25% inconvenience fee added to your bill, as I am not interested in signing up for Square or any other payment processor.
4. Must have a rain date planned. I WILL NOT set up in bad weather, unless you can provide electric for my bus, as my generators do not run in rain. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
5. Prices are non-negotiable. There are other places that need the business more than me, if you don't like the prices.
6. Event location MUST have a hardtop area for my bus to park at. I will not take bus on ANY off road, including dirt roads, driveways excluded, as long as I can park on the driveway and can turn around. I will pre-inspect each location to see if location suits. NO EXEPTIONS!!! If I get stuck, YOU pay for the tow bill.
7. You lose your deposit if not paid (cash only) when I arrive. I will wait 30 minutes after set time for payment in full and I will leave without firing up the oven. NO EXEPTIONS!!!
Delivery
If I can find 2 spots in Mineral County to permanently park and still be mobile for events, I'd offer delivery for those 2 areas. The spots must be able to have electric on site or be able to get a pole and meter installed.
