Catering

Catering If I were to offer catering, this would be a brainstormed idea of how I'd offer this service. I'm undecided, as of writing this down, as I don't really want the headache. 1. 50 pizza minimum. 2. Deposit is required to set a date on my calendar. 3. Payment (cash) in full on day of event, as I pull up. I will not fire up oven (oven takes about 3 hours to get to operating temperature) until paid in full. If you are paying with a check, you must pay the full amount within 10 days of your event. I will not set up without the check clearing. Those are the only 2 options for payment. NO EXEPTIONS!!! Should you try to pay with a credit/debit card or any other payment (cashapp, etc.) and I accept, there will be a 25% inconvenience fee added to your bill, as I am not interested in signing up for Square or any other payment processor. 4. Must have a rain date planned. I WILL NOT set up in bad weather, unless you can provide electric for my bus, as my generator
